| Description | Chem-Crest 200 is a multipurpose, mild, phosphate- and caustic-free alkaline cleaner. It is useful in many applications demanding removal of various contaminants such as oils, greases, particulate matter, and carbon residues. This detergent finds uses throughout industrial, mechanical, aerospace, and maintenance cleaning operations. Chem-Crest 200 is freely water soluble. |

| Typical Contaminants Removed | Chem-Crest 200 is effective on light to medium oils, greases, carbon residues, particulate matter, fingerprints, and electrolytic fluids. It works well on off-engine components, fuel line residues and soils, and on many other types of general contaminations. |
| Operating Conditions | Chem-Crest 200 is typically used at 5-10% by weight in ultrasonic applications. Normal operating temperatures: 120°–180°F, dependent upon the material makeup of the substrate and the contaminants being removed. Recommended rinsing water temperature: 120°–150°F. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations. |
| Substrate Compatibility | Chem-Crest 200 is safe on various metals — including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and steels — glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics — when used as directed. |
| Availability | Chem-Crest 200 is available in cases of (4) x 6-pound plastic jars, 45-pound pails, and 100-pound containers. |
