Ultrasonic Cleaning Tanks

The ideal ultrasonic bath environment for precision cleaning, with plug-and-play transducerized applications.

To create a basic yet high-quality ultrasonic bath, all you need is a Crest Ultrasonics tank, immersible transducer, and ultrasonic generator.

Every Crest ultrasonic tank is constructed of cavitation resistant, bright annealed 316L stainless steel, which provides the optimum environment for precision cleaning with extended service life. Our tanks are welded inside and out to ensure a long life and sturdy performance. And our transducerized tanks offer a plug-and-play solution for a number of cleaning needs.

System features:

  • Cavitation-resistent, bright annealed 316L stainless steel
  • Welded inside and out for long-term stability and sturdy performance
  • Cove corner construction with ground and polished welds available
  • Sloped bottoms for easy draining

Flammable liquids in ultrasonic cleaning equipment

Crest Ultrasonics receives requests for ultrasonics tanks that can operate with low flashpoint flammable liquids such as acetone, IPA, and cyclohexane. For overall product safety (compliance to NFPA 79), operator safety, and product liability as it pertains to flammable solvent, Crest Ultrasonics’ tabletop units and ultrasonic tanks are not designed to operate with class 1, division 1 flammable liquids or in hazardous locations. Crest does not recommend nor will it be held liable for any customer that uses flammable liquids in our ultrasonic table tops and/or ultrasonic tanks.

If you have any concerns or questions as to the safety of your chemistries in ultrasonic applications, please contact your Crest representative.
